This service seems like a great idea, but I’m not very technical, what do I need to do to use this service?

We think you’ll find it’s very easy! You simply create a list of phone numbers you'd like to call either by typing in telephone numbers one per line, or by copying and pasting from a list you may already have. Once you've entered your list, you can even save it for future use.

 

I like services like this, but you can never reach anybody when you get stuck. It’s always email and that can be very frustrating. Sometimes I just don’t know what to do and I need to speak to a person?

We understand your plight and we’re available for a phone call. While we may not be able to take your call in real time, we will get back to you within 24 hours and speak with you directly about your questions and concerns. Is this cost effective? I’ve heard of sites that do this for 7 to 10 cents a minute? I want to make sure I’m getting a good value with your service.

Foncast Direct is unique among peers because it's priced on a per-call basis. Not per-minute. Just like mailing a letter you'll know exactly what you're spending before pressing the 'SEND' key. And better yet, you never pay for undelivered calls, busys and no-answers.

 

How do I decide what Plan Level is right for me? I’m not really certain what my monthly call volume will be since I’ve never done this before?

We understand you’re uncertainty regarding your call volumes per month, so we’ve designed our plans so you can easily upgrade, downgrade or simply pay for your overage in a given month. We’ll keep our eye on your usage patterns and if it makes sense for you to switch to a different plan level, we’ll alert you.

What about Volume? I don’t really know how often or how many calls I will make in a month or a year or even a given call out. If I don’t know that, which plan should I choose?

Foncast has set up 5 easy plans that range from 100 calls a month to 1000. You can always start out with Plan Level 1 for about $10 a month and a one time setup fee of $25. You can purchase additional calls at any time in our online Foncast Store.

 

How do I sign up for the service and then what do I need to do to get started?

To get started, just click on the tab called Sign Up and choose your plan and process your credit card on our secure e-commerce site. Once that is done, we’ll contact you to discuss your questions and help you record your first message and tell you what format we need for the phone numbers you wish to call. It’s very easy and we walk you right through it. To record your messages you just call our recording line and create your message. You can hear it and edit it as much as wish until you are happy with it. Then we assign that message to the call out date and time that you select and out go the calls. We’re confident that you will enjoy the process and the outcome of the service and we’re always open to your thoughts and suggestions about how to improve the service and the process.
